How the referral scheme works
Making a referral is simple. You introduce a business that needs improved managed IT support or cybersecurity. We confirm suitability, speak with your contact and guide them through an initial assessment. If they become a CETSAT client, you receive your rewards.

- Suitable for a managed service valued at one thousand pounds per month or more
- Not already active in our sales pipeline

Each successful referral earns you an entry into our annual prize draw. The winner receives a two night stay for two people at a five star London hotel. This is offered through a Red Letter Days experience voucher valued at approximately three hundred and forty nine pounds.

You do not need to be a client to introduce us. If you would like to check whether a business qualifies, our team can confirm suitability.
Referral scheme questions answered
- When do I receive my vouchers? – The first voucher is issued once the new client signs their twelve month managed services agreement. The second voucher is issued when the client has remained active for six months.
- What counts as a successful referral? – A successful referral is a business that meets the criteria, agrees a qualifying contract and is not already in our sales process.
- Can I refer my own employer? – Yes, provided you have permission to pass on details. In some cases we may suggest directing the reward to a registered charity.
- Can my vouchers be donated to charity? – Yes, we can donate your reward value directly to a charity of your choice.
- How is the prize draw winner selected? – All valid entries are recorded and one winner is selected at random by CETSAT senior leadership each December.
