How does remote support work?

Remote support is probably one of our most powerful tools. It allows us to quickly and efficiently fix any issues for our customers that they’ve communicated to us. The remote support software itself is a piece of software that gets installed on end user computers and if applicable, is installed on servers as well. The technical services team at CETSAT are trained to use the software safely. You will always be asked for permission if we ever need to have access to your computer to try and resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
